Banjo DELKO: glue your paper strips 5 times faster!!!

The DELKO Hybrid plastic banjo is a real bike to stick on joint strips when processing plasterboard joints. You will glue your joint strips 5 times faster than the traditional way (by hand).

The banjo DELKO Hybrid is extremely easy to use, and that's what makes it so interesting. All standard paper strips are compatible with the banjo DELKO Hybrid,
as well as the band FIBAFUSE fiberglass, ultra-light!

THE coatings: we recommend that you use coatings already made in a bucket, even if you need to add a little water to them (around 10%, it depends on the coatings) and mix them well. The coating must be very liquid, so that gluing the strip is easy. With potted coating, you will have several advantages: never lumps, zero losses, speed of implementation, ease of cleaning...

With the coating to prepare, you will be careful to clean it banjo DELKO Hybrid quickly after use because when it dries, it becomes very hard. No need to use quick coatings because the banjo DELKO Hybrid deposits the sufficient quantity of coating, and when tightening the layer of coating under the strip dries very quickly.

There implementation of banjo DELKO Hybrid, following the diagram on the packaging is very easy and quick. Open the banjo, position the wheel and the wheel (for the flats or for the corners) to put the strip in place, pour the coating up to two kilos, to allow you to stick up to 30 m of strip, close the banjo, pull 10cm of strip to prime the coating, cut the strip without coating, you are ready to work!!!

Use: example of a dish on a wall, joining the thinned edges of two plasterboards. Caster for installed dishes, wheel adjustment to 3 (recommended).

We pull 10 cm of strip, which we apply at the start, at the top of the wall. Hold the strip with your finger or spatula to begin the descent, the caster of the banjo DELKO Hybrid resting on the plates. The strip is applied directly with the coating, leaving a small bead of coating on either side of the strip. Arriving at the bottom, to cut the paper strip, simply position your spatula slightly inclined relative to the ground, and flat against the wall, just above the wheel, and sharply raise the banjo upwards.

Tightening the strip is ultra quick because the dose of glue is regulated by the banjo DELKO Hybrid. It is possible to tighten the strip in a single stroke of a spatula over 2.5m, recovering a minimum of coating (good adjustment of the wheel at the start).

For re-entrant angles, the gluing of the strip is identical, with the caster for the angles. Arriving at the bottom, you move the banjo away from the wall, place the corner of the knife on the strip against the black wheel and cut by raising the banjo sharply, and put the strip back in place in the corner. Tighten the strip on each side. Thanks to a corner spatula, tightening is done as quickly as on a dish.
